The Boy Scouts and the Senior Scouts of St. Paul Learning Center attended a three-day camping last November 19-22. The Area-1 camping was held in Capitol Hills, Lahug Cebu City. It was participated by a number of schools both public. During the advancement camp several contests were participated in by the scouts. Of those, the BEST CAMP LAY-out was awarded to SPLCI which made the scouts proud for their hard work was rewarded.

The SPLCI scouts were assigned to a location that was sloped. The steep rocky place made it difficult for them to set-up. However, with their perseverance and effort it was turned to a real camp site. It took at least 8 hours to finish the camp and the tower at the entrance. The collaborated work of all the scouts contributed so much to their achievement. Of all the other camps the SPLCI camp proved to be the most unique, organized and clean. On the last, they all went home bringing with them the glory and the memories they will surely cherish.
