I. A. Preschool
Age will be considered a main criteria for admission. However, readiness is evaluated prior to actual enrollment to assess physical (fine and gross motor) skills, basic skills (color, shape, number and letter recognition), and the child's ability to complete a task according to verbal instruction. Emotional maturity is likewise noted. The purpose of this is to advise parents, inform teachers and not to prohibit enrollment. No Kinder 2 students, however, will be accepted without previously passing Kinder 1 unless , after evaluation, we are thoroughly convinced he or she can tackle the academic work.
