Research show that children who read books everyday perform better in school.

Thus, books are very important.  They stimulate us to read and write more.  They exercise our imagination, visualization and concentration skills.  They also increase aural comprehension and expressive oral skills.

Inorder to make children learn to love books by themselves and make reading a habit, St. Paul Learning Center is organizing a scholastic book fair this coming July 3-7.

It will have a special medieval theme: Enter the kingdom of reading where books rule!  It will be offering specially priced books and current best sellers.  There will also be contests in door decorating, arm chair decorating, hat and bookmark making, slogans, bottle decorating and art activities for the small ones.

So come one and all!  Celebrate with us the days of reading where books reign supreme!
