School History

Saints Peter and Paul Learning Center was founded in Ormoc City in 1975 by Mrs. Elisa Moya Aviles to cater to her own children and the children of friends and relatives.

In 1982, the school was transferred to Cebu City and has evolved to what is now presently called St. Paul Learning Center Inc., duly registered with the Security and Exchange Commission.

The facilities have been improved to meet the demands of a steadily increasing enrollment as well as the educational needs of the modern Philippine society.
